Membership Verification for Madison Alumnae Chapter Meetings, “Sorors Only” Events & Ceremonies
Welcome Member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.!

Visiting members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. must complete this form in order to attend Chapter Meetings, "Sorors Only" Events and Ceremonies of the Madison Alumnae Chapter. All requests must be submitted no later than 72 hours before the upcoming chapter meeting or events. If your request is received after the deadline your request may not be processed in time.
You will receive communication confirming your request was received AND communication that your request was approved or denied.
