Greetings,
Thank you for visiting the Official Website of the Madison Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated! We welcome you to learn more about our chapter’s unyielding commitment to service, scholarship, sisterhood and social action.
Our sorority’s vibrant history began on the campus of Howard University in Washington D.C. Founded on January 13, 1913, 22 Illustrious collegiate women envisioned an organization committed to public service and advocacy. Today,
the Sorority has more than 350,000 members with over 1000 chapters worldwide.
This vision also extended to Madison, Wisconsin, where 23 esteemed women chartered Madison Alumnae Chapter on August 27, 1977. Since then, we have grown to serve communities across Dane County, Wisconsin within the Mighty Midwest Region.
We are guided by commitment to our Sorority’s Five-Point Programmatic Thrust:

-
